624.06 FAIR HOUSING PRACTICES.
   (a)   In order to effectuate the policy set forth in Section 624.01, it is hereby declared to be a fair housing practice to:
      (1)   Conduct solicitation in accordance with Section 624.07; or
      (2)   Provide data in accordance with Section 624.10.
   (b)   No real estate agent or other person to whom any provision of Section 624.07 or 624.10 applies shall fail to comply therewith.
