(a) There is hereby established a Technology Advisory Committee for the City of Richmond Heights.
(b) The Technology Advisory Committee shall make recommendations to the Council on matters pertaining to analyzing various technology avenues and processes which may be implemented by the Council and the City administration for the betterment of the citizens of the City, and further such Committee shall advise the Council and the City administration on recommended purchases of technology equipment and services.
