   1372.01 INSPECTIONS AUTHORIZED.
   The Building Commissioner or his authorized agent is authorized to make or cause to be made inspections of all structures or premises included in the scope of this Business Maintenance Code and all secondary or appurtenant structures to determine whether such structures or premises conform to the provisions of this Code.

   1372.02 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The Building Commissioner or his authorized agent shall present proper identification to the owner, agent or present occupant of the premises before entering. He shall also obtain and present a proper search warrant if the owner, agent or present occupant requests the same. A request by the owner, agent or present occupant that the Commissioner obtain a search warrant is an exercisable right of the requesting party and shall not constitute failure to cooperate nor shall it constitute a failure to comply with the provisions of this Business Maintenance Code.
