No person shall violate any of the provisions of this Business Maintenance Code, or any rule or regulation promulgated hereunder, or fail to comply therewith or with any written notice or written order issued hereunder, or interfere with, obstruct or hinder the Building Commissioner or his authorized agents while attempting to make inspections.
