§ 153.015 BOARD OF ALDERMAN.

   (A)   The Board of Aldermen, when acting in a quasi-judicial capacity, is required to observe the procedural requirements set forth in §§ 153.340 through 153.355 and 153.375 through 153.380.

   (B)   In considering proposed changes in the text of this chapter or in the official zoning map, the Board of Aldermen acts in its legislative capacity and must proceed in accordance with the requirements hereof.

   (C)   Unless otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, in acting upon permit requests or in considering amendments to this chapter or the official zoning map, the Board of Aldermen shall follow the regular voting procedures and other requirements as set forth in other provisions of the town code, the town charter or general law.
