771.01 DEFINITION.
   "Public ballroom" as used in this chapter means any pavilion, platform, place or space, outside of a regularly constructed building, or any room in any building other than a private dwelling house, in which dancing is conducted or permitted.

771.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall hold or conduct any dance in any public ballroom within the limits of this City unless he obtains a license authorizing the use of the public ballroom for dancing as provided in this chapter.

771.03 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   The owner or lessee of any pavilion, platform, place, space or room, desiring to conduct or permit one or more dances therein shall make application to the Mayor for a license authorizing the use of the pavilion, platform, place, space or room, as a public ballroom.
