No person shall be present in or about any park, parkway or other public ground in the village between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. in the evening and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. the next morning unless that person has obtained permission from the village board or its designee. This section does not apply to such times when a special function or activity (with permission of the village board) takes place in said areas, at which time no person shall be present between the hours of eleven thirty o'clock (11:30) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. the next morning unless that person has obtained permission from the village board or its designee. Any person violating this section shall be required to forfeit not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord., 8-16-1982)
