A. This chapter shall be enforced by the Village Board, the Village Building Inspector and upon referral, by the Village Attorney.
B. Any violation shall be subject to forfeiture per Village Ordinance 1-4-1. Each day of violation, following written notice to the Owner or Property Manger is deemed a separate violation.
C. Convictions of the violation of operation of tourist lodging without all required licenses shall result in the property being ineligible to operate as tourist lodging for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of entry of judgment. This is in addition to all other penalties.
D. The Village may seek all other remedies available at law and in equity for violations of this Section. The Village shall also be entitled to all costs of enforcement of the provisions of this Section as allowed by law. (Ord. 2023-01, 3-9-2023)
