3-6-3: TOURIST LODGING PERMIT REQUIRED:
No tourist lodging unit may be offered to the public for rent without the owner or property manager first obtaining a tourist lodging permit issued by the Village, and, submitting a current fire inspection report. (Ord. 2023-01, 3-9-2023)
