A. A violation of this title is an offense punishable by a fine not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
B. Whenever a violation of this title occurs, any person may file a complaint in regard thereto. All such complaints must be in writing and shall be filed with the village clerk, who shall properly record such complaint and immediately investigate and report thereon to the village planning commission.
