If any section, clause, provision, or portion of this chapter or chapters comm. 20 - 25, Wisconsin administrative code, is found to be void, invalid, or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall not be affected by such finding. (Ord. 4-00, 8-22-2000)
