This chapter is not intended to be, and shall not be construed as, an assumption of liability of the Village of Reedsville, its Board, officers, agents, or employees, for any damages, including personal injuries, death, or property damage, arising out of the administration, permit process, or enforcement of this chapter or arising out of work performed under the building permit.
