4-6-5: PENALTIES:

A person who violates any provision of this section shall be punished by a forfeiture set forth in title 1, chapter 4 of this Code. Each day a person maintains a residence in violation of this section constitutes a separate violation. The Village of Reedsville may also seek equitable relief. (Ord. 2016-3, 4-14-2016)
