A. A person who violates any provision of this chapter is subject to a forfeiture of not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for each offense, together with any applicable assessment, cost surcharge and the costs of prosecution.
B. A person who has the ability to pay a forfeiture entered pursuant to this chapter but who fails or refused to do so may be confined in the county jail until the forfeiture and costs are paid. (Ord. 2010-7, 9-20-2010)
