1-6-3: SALARIES, COMPENSATION:
   A.   Salaries: The salaries of all officers and employees shall be as determined by the village board from time to time.
   B.   Retirement Fund: The village elects to include all eligible village personnel under the village retirement fund. (1968 Code § 1.08)
