4-3-17: NUMBER OF DOGS AND CATS KEPT:

It shall be unlawful to own, harbor, shelter or keep in its possession a combination of more than four (4) dogs and/or cats on any one property, within the village, with the exception of a litter of pups or kittens, which may be kept for a period of four (4) months following birth. (Ord., 8-2-1999)
