4-3-8: IMPOUNDING DOGS OR CATS:
Any person may impound any such dog or cat running at large which habitually pursues any vehicle upon any street, alley, or highway within the village, or which assaults or attacks any person in the village. (Ord. 2011-5, 11-7-2011)
