4-2-3-10: DELIVERY OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA TO A MINOR:

A. Any person who violates Wisconsin statutes 961.575, which is adopted by reference in this section as if fully set forth in this section, shall be subject to disposition as provided in Wisconsin statutes 938.344. (Ord. 2011-5, 11-7-2011)
