4-2-2-1: DISORDERLY CONDUCT 1 :
No person shall:
   A.   In any public or private place, engage in violent, abusive, indecent, profane, boisterous, unreasonably loud or otherwise disorderly conduct which tends to cause or provoke an immediate disturbance of public order or tends to disturb or annoy any other person.
   B.   Intentionally cause, provoke or engage in any fight, brawl, riot or noisy altercation other than a bona fide athletic contest. (1968 Code § 7.02)
   C.   Operate a motor vehicle in a manner which tends to cause a disturbance of traffic or persons. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to, causing tires to squeal excessively and/or smoke, wheel stands, fishtailing, spinning circles, sliding sideways, and other similar conduct.
