4-2-1-1: FIREARMS AND DANGEROUS WEAPONS REGULATIONS:
   A.   Concealed Carry License/Permit Requirement: No person shall carry on his or her person any concealed firearm or dangerous weapon unless a valid license as designated under Wisconsin Statutes 175.60 has been duly issued.
   B.   Carrying Prohibited In Designated Municipal Buildings: In addition to the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes section 175.60 enumerating places where the carrying of a firearm or weapon is prohibited, including exceptions thereto, it shall be unlawful for any person to enter and/or remain in the following Municipal buildings while carrying a dangerous weapon or firearm:
      1.   Village Hall.
      2.   Police Department.
      3.   Fire station.
      4.   Department of Public Works.
      5.   Community Center, library, and all park buildings.
      6.   All Municipal water utility buildings, pumping stations and water towers.
      7.   All Municipal sewer utility treatment plants and utility buildings.
      8.   All other Municipal buildings owned, leased or operated by the Village whether they are now in existence or later constructed or leased.
      9.   Any other duly posted Village building.
Signs providing notice of the prohibitions in this subsection B shall be posted in prominent places near all entrances of such buildings.
   C.   Exceptions: Subsection B of this section does not apply to:
      1.   A sworn law enforcement officer as defined in Wisconsin Statutes section 175.60.
      2.   A qualified out-of-State law enforcement officer as defined in Wisconsin Statutes section 941.23(1)(g) who meets the qualifications as stated in Wisconsin Statutes section 941.23(2)(b).
      3.   Armed forces personnel acting in the line of duty.
   D.   Carrying Prohibited In Designated Public Buildings: It shall be unlawful for any person other than a law enforcement officer as provided in Wisconsin Statutes section 175.60(1) to enter any building, facility or location open to the public that is posted as a no firearms or concealed weapons location under Wisconsin Statutes section 943.13(1m)(c) while possessing, carrying or concealing a firearm or weapon whether with or without a State permit.    E.   Discharging Firearms And Other Weapons: No person except a peace officer shall discharge any pistol, revolver, rifle, shotgun, compressed air gun or other firearm within the Village, except where the use of such firearm is required for the protection of person or property, or where used in hunting areas designated by the Village Board, or where fired for test purposes in bona fide repair shops.
   F.   Sale To Minors: No person shall sell, loan or give any pistol to any person under eighteen (18) years of age.
   G.   Propelling Objects: No person, on foot, or from any vehicle, conveyance or bicycle shall throw, shoot or propel any object, arrow, stone, snowball, or other missile or projectile, by hand or by any other means, at any person or at, on or into any building, structure, vehicle, street, sidewalk, alley, highway, park, playground or other public place within the Village.
