The grantee shall pay to the village a franchise fee of three percent (3%) of the grantee's gross subscriber revenues from the operation of the cable communications system within the village limits. Said annual sum shall be paid within forty five (45) days of the end of the calendar quarter. Annually, an independent auditor shall certify the amount of the grantee's revenue from all cable services in order to verify the fee paid pursuant thereto. Said franchise fee shall not be billed separately or added to any bills or statement sent by the franchisee to the subscribers as a separately enumerated item. (Ord., 6-20-1988)
