A. The substance of the proposal of the grantee submitted in conjunction with this chapter is incorporated herein by reference. Specific delivery of services under this franchise are subject to good marketing practices and conditions affecting the grantee.
B. The grantee will provide one outlet with the basic service to each of the three (3) grade schools, the high school and the municipal building free of charge. The distribution system within the schools and municipal building shall be the responsibility of the respective school and village authorities. (Ord., 12-19-1983)
