3-1-4: LICENSE FEES:
There shall be the following classes and denominations of license, which, when issued by the village clerk under the authority of the village board after payment of the fee hereinafter specified, shall permit the holder to sell, deal or traffic in intoxicating liquor and fermented malt beverages, as provided in chapter 125, Wisconsin statutes: (Ord., 10-2-1995)
   A.   Class A Fermented Malt Beverage Retailer's License: Fifty dollars ($50.00) per year (package goods).
   B.   Temporary (Picnic) Class B License Pursuant To Section 125.26(6), Wisconsin Statutes: Ten dollars ($10.00).
   C.   Beverage Operator's License, Class B: One hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00) per year (beer).
   D.   Beverage Operator's License, Class B: One hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00) per year (liquor). (Ord. 2005-3, 12-19-2005, eff. 1-1-2006)
   E.   Retail Class A Liquor License: One hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00) per year (package goods). (Ord., 10-19-1998)
   F.   Operator's License Pursuant To Section 125.17(3), Wisconsin Statutes: Ten dollars ($10.00) per year. (Ord. 2005-3, 12-19-2005, eff. 1-1-2006)
   G.   Reserve Class B License: Pursuant to section 125.51(3)(e)2, Wisconsin statutes, the fee for an initial issuance of a reserve class B license is ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), except that the fee for an initial issuance of a reserve class B license to a bona fide club or lodge situated and incorporated in the state for at least six (6) years is the fee otherwise applicable to regular nonreserve class B licenses. The fee established under this subsection is in addition to any other fee required under this section. The annual fee for renewal of a reserve class B license is the fee established for regular nonreserve class B licenses. (Ord. 2013-4, 6-20-2013)
