A. The planning commission shall act on the application for final parcel map waiver no later than sixty (60) days after the application has been accepted as complete by the community development director pursuant to sections 11-3-5 and 11-3-6 of this title, even if the commission's consideration and action on the tentative parcel map application is at a different time pursuant to section 11-3-7 of this title; and
B. Prior to approval of a final parcel map waiver, the planning commission shall make each of the findings required by section 66428(b) of the subdivision map act. These findings shall be in addition to, but may be combined with, the findings required for approval of the tentative parcel map.
The action of the planning commission on the application for final parcel map waiver shall be subject to appeal pursuant to section 11-3-9 of this title. (Ord. 2000-05, 4-25-2000)
