Within ten (10) days after the date of the action of the planning commission, the applicant or any other interested person may appeal the decision of the planning commission to the city council. The appeal shall be filed, noticed, heard and decided according to the procedures, rules, burdens and requirements in section 11-2-8 of this title. For this purpose, wherever the term "tentative map" appears in section 11-2-7 of this title, it shall mean "tentative parcel map". (Ord. 2000-05, 4-25-2000)
