11-3-5: ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION:
Within thirty (30) days after receipt of the application, the community development director shall make a determination if the application is complete and notify the applicant, in writing, if the application is accepted as completed or if any additional information is needed. (Ord. 2000-05, 4-25-2000)
