Within five (5) days after acceptance of the application as complete, the department shall forward copies of the map to affected agencies seeking their comments, if any. These agencies shall submit any comments and recommendations to the department within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the map. The department shall consider all received comments and shall make a report and recommendation to the planning commission. (Ord. 2000-05, 4-25-2000)
