§ 4.67 PERSONS EXEMPT FROM PAYING LICENSE FEES.
   (A)   Any owner of a dog bred or raised to be a guide dog or any owner of a dog used by a blind person as a guide dog shall be exempt from payment of those fees required by § 4.64. The owner shall not, however, be exempt from the licensing requirement of § 4.60 or the vaccination requirement of § 4.68.
   (B)   Any owner of a dog bred or raised to be a hearing dog or any owner of a dog used by a deaf person as a hearing dog, shall be exempt from payment of those fees required by § 4.64. The owner shall not, however, be exempt from the licensing requirement of § 4.60 or the vaccination requirement of § 4.68.
   (C)   The requirement of this article shall not apply to a dog owner who is not a resident of the city and who remains within the city for a period of less than 30 consecutive days in any calendar year.
