§ 4.64 PAYMENT OF FEES REQUIRED; DISPOSITION OF MONIES COLLECTED AND FINES FOR VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Each owner seeking the issuance of renewal of a dog license shall pay a fee according to a fee schedule established by resolution of the City Council.
   (B)   Violation of any part of this article shall be an infraction and punishable as such.
   (C)   The fee or fees collected shall be deposited in the general fund of the city.
