§ 1492.15 NOTIFICATION BY PERMIT HOLDER.

   The person to whom a permit is issued shall notify the Building Commissioner:

   (A)   Of commencement of operations under such permit, 12 hours in advance;

   (B)   When the operation is completed; and

   (C)   Of locations of any borrow sites or any disposal sites for excess materials, prior to commencement of operations.
