§ 1488.99 PENALTY.

Whoever fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. An additional fine shall be imposed if the noncompliance is not corrected within 30 days after notice by the Fire Department.
