No fence shall be erected on any premises in the city until a permit has been obtained therefor from the City Engineer/Building Commissioner or his or her authorized representative. Application for a permit shall be on forms prescribed by the Engineer/Commissioner or representative provided that a diagram of the fence and its location accompanies the application. The fee for such a permit shall be as provided in Section A-11 of the Hamilton County Ohio Building Code, as amended.
