Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of the “Engineering Rules and Regulations for Private Developments Within the Unincorporated Areas of Hamilton County,” as adopted in § 1222.01, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for a first offense. For a subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during on or which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
