There are hereby adopted the following amendments to the “Engineering Rules and Regulations for Private Developments Within the Unincorporated Areas of Hamilton County,” as adopted in § 1222.01:
(A) All roadway pavement sections shall have a minimum width of 26 feet back to back of curb (which amends Section II C 1, page 3, fixing the minimum width as 25 feet).
(B) In Section I B of Water Mains, and the like, page 9 is deleted.
(C) On Subdivision Drawing No. 1, Type No. 1 numbers 12' 6" are changed to 13' 0" and Type No. 3 numbers 10' 0" are changed to 10' 6".
(D) On Subdivision Drawing No. 2, the width-of-street number 25' is changed to 26', and the half section with curb and gutter and sidewalk numbers 12' 0" are changed to 12' 6".
