(A) The Fire Chief is authorized to participate by membership in the Chiefs for Joint Purchasing program.
(B) The Safety Service Director/Fire Chief is authorized to purchase items bid by the Chiefs for Joint Purchasing under their annual bidding program and rules as if the items had been bid by the city, following normal requisition and purchasing procedures.
