(A) All Emergency Medical Service operations shall be the responsibility of the Fire Department through the Fire Chief.
(B) Members of the Emergency Medical Services Divisions shall be paid per call at a rate determined from time to time by Council. Such compensation shall be payable monthly.
(C) Members of the Division shall also be paid for training, for attending seminars as part of the requirement for or contributing to the maintenance or achievement of certifications, including EMS Division drills, at a rate determined from time to time by Council.
