(A) The Fire Department is hereby authorized to collect the following fees:
(1) Filling swimming pools - $25 service charge for opening a fire hydrant, plus $8.50 per hour for the services of off-duty firefighters.
(2) Fire loss reports - $4 each.
(3) Life Squad runs - $225 per run for basic life support and $465 per run for advanced life support.
(B) Such fees shall be deposited in the Fire/EMS Capital Improvement Fund.
