§ 234.07 ENFORCEMENT OF FIRE CODE.
   (A)   The Fire Chief or his or her designated officer may issue summonses and cite offenders for violations of Part 16 - the Fire Prevention Code, to appear before the Mayor's Court. Offenders can also be cited before the Hamilton County Court for violations of the Ohio Fire Code.
   (B)   A person failing to appear on service of such a summons shall be in contempt of court and shall be subject to arrest by warrant, issued by the Mayor, and to penalties provided in § 606.30 of the General Offenses Code for contempt of court.
