§ 234.04 PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS.

   (A)   A biennial physical examination shall be given to all full-time sworn employees of the Fire Department who are 35 years of age or older.

   (B)   Sworn employees of the Fire Department under 35 years of age shall receive a physical examination once every three years.
