(A) There is hereby created a position entitled Program and Recreation Director.
(B) The Program and Recreation Director shall fall under the administrative direction of the Safety-Service Director and shall be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, scheduling and budgeting for all parks, and recreation activities and related tasks as directed by the Safety-Service Director.
(C) Funding for the position will be from the General Fund/Recreation Account.
