There is hereby created the position of full-time permanent civilian dispatchers and the Safety-Service Director is hereby authorized to hire such dispatchers. Compensation for such full-time dispatchers shall be as determined from time to time by Council. Expenditures for such dispatchers shall be made from the General Fund.
