§ 230.02 ACTING SAFETY-SERVICE DIRECTOR.

(A) The Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint an Acting Safety-Service Director at such time as the Safety-Service Director is absent from the county or otherwise unable to perform the duties of his or her office.

(B) The Acting Director shall have all the powers and duties of the Director during such absence or disability.
