§ 206.02 BOUNDARIES OF WARDS.
   The boundaries of the wards provided for in § 206.01 shall be as follows:
   (A)   First Ward. The First Ward contains all that territory bounded and described as follows:
   Commencing at a point in the center of Millcreek 226.5 feet north of the centerline of Clark Road, as measured along the center of Millcreek; thence east 1,345 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Jefferson Avenue where such centerline intersects the centerline of Reading Road, such course passing along the south line of property known as 309 Jefferson Avenue; thence north along the centerline of Reading Road 4,750 feet, more or less, to a point which lies 155 feet south of the centerline of Columbia Avenue (a street 65 feet in width); thence east and on a line parallel with, and 155 feet south of, the centerline of Columbia Avenue (excluding properties known as 1822 and 1826 East Street) 1,625 feet, more or less, to a point which lies 180 feet west of the west line of Observatory Avenue; thence on a line parallel with, and 180 feet from, the outside lines of Observatory Avenue first southwardly, then curving to the left and then northwardly to a point 155 feet south of the centerline of Columbia Avenue; thence eastwardly on a line parallel with, and 155 feet south of, the centerline of Columbia Avenue 1,030 feet, more or less, to the east line of the cemetery property of Karl J. Alter, Archbishop of Cincinnati, Trustee, extended southwardly across Columbia Avenue; thence northwardly along such cemetery line extended and such cemetery line to a point which lies 300 feet north of the center-line of Columbia Avenue; thence eastwardly to the northwest corner at property known as 1231 Thurnridge Drive, such corner being 117.29 feet west at the west line of Thurnridge Drive; thence south and on a line parallel with, and 177.29 feet west of, the west line of Thurnridge Drive 1,350 feet to the southwest corner of property known as 1127 Thurnridge Drive; thence eastwardly with the south line at property known as 1127 Thurnridge Drive 109.58 feet; thence southwestwardly with the west line of properties known as 1123 and 1119 Thurnridge Drive 102.52 feet; thence south on a line parallel to, and 111.74 feet west of, the west line of Thurnridge Drive 414.85 feet to the centerline of Fuhrman Road; thence west with the centerline of Fuhrman Road 141.75 feet to the center of Columbia Avenue; thence south with the centerline of Columbia Avenue 30 feet to the south corporation line of the City of Reading; thence along such corporation line the following directions and approximate distances: westwardly 2,835 feet, southwardly 1,365 feet, eastwardly 545 feet, southwardly 735 feet, eastwardly 250 feet, southwardly 470 feet, westwardly 1,735 feet, southwardly 1,135 feet, westwardly 2,020 feet, southwardly 1,875 feet, westwardly 1,350 feet, northwardly 2,690 feet, westwardly 1,175 feet, northwardly 375 feet and westwardly 970 feet and northwardly along Millcreek to the place of beginning.
   (B)   Second Ward. The Second Ward contains all that territory bounded and described as follows:
   Commencing at a point in the center of Millcreek 226.5 feet north of the centerline of Clark Road as measured along the center of Millcreek; thence east 1,345 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Jefferson Avenue where such centerline intersects the centerline of Reading Road, such course passing along the south line of property known as 309 Jefferson Avenue; thence north along the centerline of Reading Road to the north corporation line of the city; thence west along such north corporation line to the west corporation line; thence south along the west corporation line to the place of beginning.
   (C)   Third Ward. The Third Ward contains all that territory bounded and described as follows:
   Commencing at a point in the center of Reading Road 155 feet south of the centerline of Columbia Avenue; thence east and on a line parallel with and 155 feet south of the centerline of Columbia Avenue (a 66 foot street) (including properties known as 1822 and 1826 East Street) 1,625 feet, more or less, to a point which lies 180 feet west of the west line of Observatory Avenue; thence on a line parallel with, and 180 feet distant from, the outside lines of Observatory Avenue first southwardly, then curving to the left and then northwardly to a point 155 feet south of the centerline of Columbia Avenue; thence continuing eastwardly on a line parallel with and 155 feet south of the centerline of Columbia Avenue 1,030 feet, more or less, to the east line of the cemetery property of Karl J. Alter, Archbishop of Cincinnati, Trustee, extended southwardly across Columbia Avenue; thence northwardly along such cemetery line extended and such cemetery line and continuing northwardly to and along the west line of property known as 1966 Hunt Road to the center of Hunt Road; thence east along the centerline of Hunt Road to the centerline of Siebenthaler Avenue; thence north with the centerline of Siebenthaler Avenue 252 feet, more or less, to the south line of property known as 101 Siebenthaler Avenue extended; thence west with the south line and extension thereof of property known as 101 Siebenthaler Avenue 466 feet, more or less, to the west line of Siebenthaler Subdivision; thence north along the west line of Siebenthaler Subdivision 1,567.2 feet; thence west for a distance of 320.61 feet to a point in the north corporation line of the city, such point also being the southwest corner of the property of Karl J. Alter, Archbishop of Cincinnati, annexed to the City in Ordinance 62-11, passed February 16, 1962; thence along such corporation line the following directions and approximate distances: westwardly 930 feet, northwardly 660 feet, westwardly 1,720 feet, southwardly 780 feet, westwardly 530 feet, northwardly 875 feet, westwardly 200 feet to the centerline of Reading Road; thence southwardly with the centerline of Reading Road 3,655 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning.
   (D)   Fourth Ward. The Fourth Ward contains all that territory bounded and described as follows:
   All that property in the city which lies east of the following described lines running between the north and south corporation lines of the city: commencing at a point in the south corporation line of the city, where the same intersects the centerline of Columbia Avenue; thence north along the centerline of Columbia Avenue 30 feet to the centerline of Fuhrman Road; thence east along the centerline of Fuhrman Road 141.75 feet; thence north on a line parallel to and 111.74 feet west of the west line of Thurnridge Drive 414.85 feet; thence northwestwardly with the west lines of properties known as 1119 and 1123 Thurnridge Drive 102.52 feet to a point in the south line of property known as 1127 Thurnridge Drive; thence westward with the south line of property known as 1127 Thurnridge Drive 109.58 feet; thence northward on a line parallel with and 177.28 feet west of the west line of Thurnridge Drive 1,350 feet to the northwest corner of property known as 1231 Thurnridge Drive; thence westward on the north line of such property extended to a point in the east line of the cemetery property of Karl J. Alter, Archbishop of Cincinnati, Trustee, 300 feet north of the centerline of Columbia Avenue as measured along the east line of such cemetery property; thence north along the east line of such cemetery property and continuing northwardly to and along the west line of property known as 1966 Hunt Road to the centerline of Hunt Road; thence east along the centerline of Hunt Road to the centerline of Siebenthaler Avenue; thence north with the centerline of Siebenthaler Avenue 252 feet, more or less, to the south line of property known as 101 Siebenthaler Avenue extended; thence west with the south line and extension thereof of property known as 101 Siebenthaler Avenue 466 feet, more or less, to the west line of Siebenthaler Subdivision; thence north along the west line of Siebenthaler Subdivision 1, 567.2 feet; thence west for a distance of 320.61 feet to a point in the north corporation line of the city such point also being the southwest corner of the property of Karl J. Alter, Archbishop of Cincinnati, annexed to the City in Ordinance 62-11, passed February 16, 1962; thence northward with such Karl J. Alter property 611.15 feet to the north corporation line of the city; thence following the east corporation line back to the point of beginning.
