1650.09 FEES FOR HAZ-MAT RESPONSES.

   (a)   The fees set forth below shall be charged to any entity for the use of the following equipment or services by an entity in response to a HAZ-MAT incident.

 

(1)   Pumper    $150.00 per hour (2)   Squad         100.00 first hour             50.00 per hour for each additional hour (3)   Utility vehicle      50.00 per hour (4)   Phones         25.00 per hour of use

 

   (b)   Monies recovered under this section shall be recredited to the appropriate funds of the City.
