1650.02 SETTING FIRE TO FURNISHINGS.
   No person shall, in any hotel, motel, rooming house, lodging house, apartment house, tenement house, convalescent home, hospital, child care facility, correctional facility, detention center or similar place of abode, by any means whatsoever, through carelessness, neglect or negligence, set fire to or cause the burning of any bedding, furniture, rug, curtain, drapery or other household furnishings or fittings, or any other part of such buildings or premises, in such a manner as to endanger the safety of any person or property.
