1650.03 POSTING PROVISIONS OF SECTION 1650.02 .

   It is the duty of the manager, owner or lessee of any hotel or motel to post the provisions of Section 1650.02 in a conspicuous place in each room occupied by guests in such hotel or motel, and it is the duty of the manager, owner or lessee of any rooming house, lodging house, apartment house, tenement house, convalescent home, hospital, child care facility or similar place of abode to post the provisions of Section 1650.02 in conspicuous places upon such premises.
