It shall be unlawful for a permittee under §§ 93.030 et seq., 93.050 et seq., 93.070 et seq., 93.090 et seq., and 93.105 et seq. to suffer or permit to remain unguarded at the place of excavation or opening any machinery, equipment, or other device having the characteristics of an attractive nuisance likely to attract children and be hazardous to their safety or health.
