§ 93.070 EXCAVATION PLACARD.
   The Street Superintendent shall provide each permittee, at the time a permit is issued under §§ 93.030 et seq., 93.050 et seq., 93.070 et seq., 93.090 et seq., and 93.105 et seq., a suitable placard plainly written or printed in English letters, at least 1 inch high, with the following notice: “City of Raton, Permit No. __ Expires ____.” It shall be the duty of any permittee under this article to keep the placard posted in a conspicuous place at the site of the excavation work. It shall be unlawful for any person to exhibit the placard at or about any excavation not covered by the permit, or to misrepresent the number of the permit or the date of expiration of the permit.
