§ 93.076 PROMPT COMPLETION OF WORK.
   (A)   The permittee shall prosecute with diligence and expedition all excavation work covered by the excavation permit issued under §§ 93.030 et seq., 93.050 et seq., 93.070 et seq., 93.090 et seq., and 93.105 et seq.
   (B)   He or she shall promptly complete the work and restore the street to its original condition, or as near as may be, as soon as practicable, and, in any event, not later than the date specified in the excavation permit therefor.
