§ 90.67 LEGITIMATE BURNING.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prohibit the burning of fuels for legitimate campfire, recreational, heating and cooking purposes or in domestic fireplaces; provided that, no garbage shall be burned in such cases.
